Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to enhance the guest experience by welcoming customers, answering questions, and guiding them through store services. You will help guests locate items, resolve issues, and complete transactions with a courteous closing thanks.

As a Guest Advocate, you will promote loyalty programs, inform guests about current promos, and collaborate with team members to ensure fast, friendly service in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest communication and interaction skills.
• Ability to greet guests and assist with questions.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and basic technology.

Responsibilities
