Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to create a welcoming and helpful guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping trip. The role emphasizes promotions, loyalty programs, and efficient use of technology.

As a Guest Advocate, you will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, delivering friendly service and maintaining store standards while supporting guests with order pickup, Drive Up, and online ordering.

• Greet guests and help them find what they need, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• End every interaction with a sincere thank you and resolve guest concerns when possible.
• Support fellow team members and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
• Promote store promos, offerings and services, including Target Loyalty programs.
• Assist with order pickup, Drive Up, and online ordering processes as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and accurate service throughout the shift.
• Operate scanners and related technology to assist guests efficiently.
