Job summary

Target in Livonia, MI is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, answer questions, and help create a welcoming, easy shopping experience across in-store and digital services.

You will assist guests with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and using the Target App, promote loyalty benefits, and keep the store clean and well-organized while delivering friendly, efficient service. Training is provided, and teamwork is valued.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft as appropriate.
• Help guests locate items and resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and maintain a positive attitude.
• Highlight current promos and how to use Target App features.
• Explain loyalty program benefits and assist with sign-up.
• Operate checkout, scan items, and bag merchandise safely.
• Assist with Order Pick Up and Drive Up services.
