Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with finding products, and resolve issues promptly. You will promote store services, help guests navigate promotions, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience throughout the shift.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, support teammates, and learn to use target apps and handheld scanners while maintaining safety and accuracy on every transaction.
