Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate in Colorado. You will greet guests, help them find items, and resolve issues to ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience. You’ll promote promotions and loyalty benefits, train with our team, and maintain a clean store area in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates enjoy assisting others, adapt to varying shifts (nights, weekends, holidays), and communicate clearly using handheld scanners and the Target app. Training provided.

Responsibilities
