• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and ensuring quick service.

• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain accuracy.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Promote current promos and guide guests on using Target App features.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
