Job summary

Deer Valley Resort is seeking a Customer Service oriented Contact Center Administrative Associate to be the first point of contact for guests, clients, and staff, handling incoming calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.

This seasonal, part-time position includes in-person training in Park City, with option for remote work after training, plus ski perks, staff discounts, housing options, and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure or during high call volumes.
• MS Office proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding resort services, amenities, and local attractions
• Relay messages to guests and staff efficiently and confidently
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
• Log and report any technical issues with phone systems or guest concerns to the appropriate personnel
• Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude at all times, ensuring a positive guest experience
• Assist the administration team with daily tasks as needed
• Assist the supervisory team with special projects as needed
• Complete projects accurately and efficiently
• Become familiar with all the Deer Valley managed properties, rates, packages, and policies
• Other duties as assigned
