Job summary

Primanti Bros. Restaurant & Bar in Erie, PA is seeking friendly servers to deliver exceptional dining experiences and help guests feel valued from greeting to checkout.

You will explain menu options, upsell specials, take and enter orders into the POS, deliver meals, and check on Fans. The role requires teamwork, attentiveness, and adherence to safety and alcohol policies to ensure a smooth, enjoyable service.

Qualifications

• Stands 100% of the shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
• Reads and follows opening/closing checklists and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides warm and friendly service from the initial greeting to the end of the Primanti Bros. experience.
• Explains menu choices and informs Fans of promotions and specials.
• Upsells and promotes menu items and upcoming events.
• Writes orders accurately on paper and enters them into the POS system.
• Delivers orders or follows up after delivery to ensure excellence.
• Maintains clean stations, pre-busses, and checks drink levels.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures and IDs where required.
• Collects payment for drinks and food per established procedures.
• Keeps station clean and follows safety policies throughout shift.
