Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regular and on-site attendance.
• Maintain positive guest relations and exceed expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of table numbers, hours, and setup.
• Know all menu items, liquor brands, wines, beers and non-alcoholic selections and proper glassware.
• Abide by state liquor regulations, including minors and intoxicated persons.
• Serve a three to four table section and maintain service standards.
• Complete opening, running and closing side work.
• Coordinate with porters, oyster bar, kitchen and bartenders to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Run food, drinks and oysters; keep tables clean.
• Handle guest complaints with manager involvement.
• Adhere to payment and cash handling policies.
• Report to work in clean and neat uniform; follow appearance standards.
• Assist in training of new staff.
