Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an enthusiastic restaurant support team member to help servers deliver quality service and guest satisfaction. You will help maintain table cleanliness, stock bar supplies, and assist all departments in keeping areas orderly and stocked.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and a flexible, stress‑tolerant attitude. Prior restaurant experience and related certifications are desirable. This position is on-site at our Gulf Shores location.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with managers, staff and customers clearly.
• Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations.
• Desirable certifications and experience: sanitation, alcohol awareness, CPR, and previous restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment.
• Stock beer and soft drinks for bar.
• Assist other departments in maintaining stock and cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints promptly with a manager.
• Transport garbage and maintain restroom cleanliness.
• Assist in training new employees.
