Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests. The role involves sales, merchandising, and store operations including cashiering, display setup, and routine cleaning across the sales floor and backroom.

Team members are expected to deliver legendary service, meet sales goals, and participate in a collaborative work environment with flexible scheduling and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Open and close cash registers, use magnetic card readers, perform tasks such as counting money, balancing cash drawers.
