Job summary

Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. in Rexburg, Idaho, seeks a Supervisor in Charge to lead store operations, ensure guest and donor service, and support production and retail tasks.

The role requires 0-2 years of experience and a High School/Equivalent diploma. The successful candidate will handle cash, maintain displays, train staff, and foster a compliant, friendly, and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• High School/Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years previous experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• May assist with staff meetings to improve communication.
• Demonstrate superior guest service in transactions and respond to guest complaints/concerns.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and correct errors.
• Acknowledge and greet guests within 10 feet.
• Assist in inventory control and store upkeep to meet guest service standards.
• Complete administrative tasks and reporting.
