Job summary

Plainridge Park Casino is seeking a customer-focused team member for our retail outlet. You will apply sales techniques to meet goals, maintain shop presentation, and build knowledge of merchandise and promotions across outlets. The role requires a high school diploma, one year of related experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

You’ll engage guests using our Red Carpet service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience. Must be 18+, lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word).
• Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Physically mobile with ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Use proper sales techniques to achieve sales goals and contribute to the profitability of retail outlet.
• Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop to maintain customer appeal.
• Know features and benefits of merchandise and be familiar with merchandise offerings in all outlets.
• Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control.
• Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities to ensure personalized guest services.
• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program.
