Branch & Bird is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at the Frost Tower location in Fort Worth. You will lead a team, ensure service standards, and manage staff through coaching and development.

Qualifications

• 2 years restaurant management experience minimum
• Fine dining and extensive wine knowledge preferred
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders, guests and community to promote the brand
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance
• Coaching and developing team with constructive feedback
• Manage cash handling, mise en place, inventory and scheduling
• Monitor food and labor costs to protect margins
• Ensure safety, standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met
