S&L Hospitality is seeking a Hotel Breakfast Attendant for our Baraboo, WI location. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience and food handling knowledge, with the ability to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires independence, problem solving, and morning availability, including weekends and holidays. You will greet guests, maintain the breakfast area, assist with setup, follow safety guidelines, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth morning experience

Qualifications

• History in the food service industry or related customer service experience.
• Understanding of how to use basic kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Represents the first point of contact with guests in the breakfast area.
• Acts as the information liaison for guests and property.
• Share information about the hotel, area attractions, and events.
• Prepare and set up breakfast items following food handling guidelines.
• Adhere to food handling policies and local health laws.
• Monitor inventory and replenish breakfast items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
• Provide exceptional guest service and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front desk, and housekeeping to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
