Job summary

LTD Hospitality Group has an immediate opening for a Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service to guests during breakfast hours. This role requires enthusiasm, customer focus, and a commitment to meeting guest needs.

The breakfast attendant prepares and serves the daily breakfast bar, greets guests, and ensures guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout breakfast service. Candidates should be flexible with scheduling and able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure they are comfortable and satisfied.
• Prepare and maintain the daily breakfast bar according to brand standards.
• Take inventory of food, beverages and supplies for each day.
• Prepare foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Stock coffee, juice and milk machines or dispensers.
• Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and paper products.
• Clear and clean tables as they are vacated.
• Prepare and set up hot food items.
• Follow brand menu requirements.
• Wipe spills and keep the breakfast area clean.
• Restock items for the day and next day.
• Return serving equipment to storage and keep area tidy.
