Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily dining room operations in Jacksonville, IL, ensuring prompt, friendly service and adherence to brand standards. Responsibilities

Ensures prompt friendly service according to company guidelines.
Directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift-by-shift basis.
Uses Vision/Mission to guide teamwork, results, integrity, passion for service, fun and guest focus.
Responds promptly to verbal guest complaints and corrects issues with staff; refers all written/verbal complaints to the General Manager.
Prioritizes guest contact; aims for 100% table visitation by self and staff.
Enforces alcohol awareness on a shift-to-shift basis.
Maintains adequate departmental inventory levels.
Ensures product preparation and presentation meets company standards.
Schedules associates effectively to meet sales demands.
Maintains safety and security programs per policy and government standards.
Corrects unsafe practices or conditions.
Promotes and manages restaurant organization, cleanliness, and sanitation.
