Job summary

Spec's Family Partners is seeking a Front-End Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at the register and throughout the store. You will handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, scan items, and assist guests with questions and purchases.

The role requires basic math, strong communication, and a friendly, helpful attitude. Full-time availability includes weekend shifts; a valid TABC permit and food-handling knowledge are a plus where applicable.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with purchases at the register.
• Operate cash register or scanner and look up product prices.
• Redeem coupons and weigh produce items when required.
• Maintain clean and organized checkout area and handle payments accurately.
• Assist with carry-outs and upsell add-ons at the register.
