Job summary

Fontainebleau Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Food Runner to help deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests’ tables with accuracy and timeliness.

You will work closely with servers and cooks, ensure hot meals reach tables promptly, and assist in maintaining a clean, organized dining area. This role requires a positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to stand and carry trays during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a Food Runner or in a similar hospitality role is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests' tables promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Provide friendly, professional service and assist with guest requests.
• Communicate special instructions to the kitchen to ensure proper presentation.
• Assist in setting up and resetting tables and maintain a tidy service area.
