Out West Restaurant Group is hiring for an Outback restaurant position in California. You will be an Outbacker, delivering friendly service and supporting a fun, guest-focused dining experience with tips on top of hourly pay.

• For California-based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications may be required (training provided).

Responsibilities

• bussing, cleaning and resetting tables; maintain cleanliness in public areas to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of menu and ability to upsell items.
• Answer phones promptly and professionally.
• Support all areas of the restaurant as needed to WOW guests.
• Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
