Out West Restaurant Group is hiring for an hourly, non-exempt team member in Arcadia, CA. The role involves bussing, cleaning and guest service support to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Visual ability for distance, color, depth and peripheral; low or dim lighting.
• For California positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required (can be completed during training, up to 60 days post start).

Responsibilities

• Buss, clean and properly reset tables; address cleanliness or service needs in public areas to keep guest experience smooth.
• Have general knowledge of our food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products.
• Answer phones promptly and direct calls as applicable.
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise; strive to WOW guests.
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards and all safety procedures during the shift.
