Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol.
• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and stooping.
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils, and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the menu and confidently recommends and upsells.
• Prepares food and condiments adhering to Outback standards.
• Ensures accurate guest orders and delivers a satisfying experience; bussing tables and delivering food/beverages.
• Maintains high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Handles cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Supports all areas of the restaurant as needed to reflect teamwork.
