Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking Team Members to deliver exceptional guest service, craft hand-made beverages, and embody our Purpose and Values in every interaction at Mendota Heights. You’ll float between roles, ensure accurate cash handling, and help keep the store welcoming and efficient.

Candidates should be 16 or older, able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Prior restaurant/retail or guest service experience is a plus in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work early mornings/evenings/holidays/weekends.
• Restaurant/retail/guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and craft beverages to Caribou standards.
• Handle guest orders, cash, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support team across roles and adapt to busy periods.
