• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand-crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling, safety, and security standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per Caribou standards.
• Anticipates needs for Guests or teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes product-based recommendations to Guests.
• Recognizes when to escalate to a leader.
• Shows up on time and maintains reliable attendance.
• Supports core values: Team, Guest, Business; fosters energy and engagement.
