Marriott International is seeking a Barista to support the hotel's Coffee Central facility and other Food and Beverage areas. You will prepare beverages and foods to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction and contributing to revenue through prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include making beverages, maintaining clean work areas, responding to guest requests, and handling stock and side-work before and after shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of food and beverage or customer service experience, including cash handling; barista experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepares beverages requested by customers following standard procedures.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas and sets up the coffee shop.
• Responds quickly to guest requests with a friendly attitude and follows up for satisfaction.
• Performs pre- and post-shift side work and stock service station.
