Job summary

Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group is hiring a Barista to join our customer service team. You will take guest orders, perform setup duties, answer questions about the menu, and operate the POS system while ensuring food quality and presentation.

The ideal candidate communicates in English, can work AM/PM shifts including weekends, and fosters a professional appearance and team spirit. Training will cover service standards and kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• AM and PM shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers as a team player.
• Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly manner.
• Ability to input information using a moderately complex computer system.
• General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Take and serve guest orders promptly according to the service manual.
• Do all necessary set‑up side work as assigned.
• Answer guest questions about the menu.
• Operate the electronic POS system where applicable.
• Check food before serving to ensure appearance, temperature and portions are correct.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
