Caribou Coffee in Saint Anthony, MN is hiring a Team Member who delivers outstanding guest service, crafts beverages to order, and brings the Brand’s purpose to life in every interaction.

You’ll float between guest service and barista tasks, handle cash, maintain a clean store, and work with a friendly team to create day-making moments. Must be at least 16 and available mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides incredible Guest Service by developing relationships with guests and anticipating needs.
• Hand-crafts beverages to order per Caribou SOPs.
• Heats, prepares, and serves Caribou food offerings per SOPs.
• Takes guest orders, manages cash, and follows cash handling policies.
• Maintains the look and feel of a well-run store with cleanliness and organization.
• Acts as a reliable team member and supports leaders as needed.
