Job summary

FirstService Residential in Naples, FL is seeking a Server to manage the dining program for the community. You’ll oversee daily restaurant operations, assist with bar service, catering, and special events, while delivering warm, professional service aligned with our Values and Global Service Standards.

You will take orders, describe menu and wine options, pour wine tableside, deliver meals, handle payments, and keep dining areas clean and well-stocked.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restaurant for lunch by setting decorations, condiments, napkins and utensils.
• Explain the chef's specialties; identify appropriate wines; answer food prep questions.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen and record resident choices.
• Serve orders and deliver accompaniments and condiments.
• Take payments and issue bills; return receipts to residents.
• Maintain table settings and replenish utensils; refill water glasses.
