Job summary

Naples-Sailing- is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and ensure smooth dining operations. You will help with table setups, deliver foods and drinks, refill beverages, and maintain a welcoming environment for members.

In this role, you will keep the dining area clean, assist with restocking supplies, and collaborate with the waitstaff to provide timely, friendly service during busy periods. Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a team.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages quickly and efficiently.
• Set and clear tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation.
• Refill water, beverages, and bread, meeting members' needs promptly.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness by wiping tables, chairs, and floors.
• Help deliver food orders to correct tables and ensure accuracy.
• Remove used dishes and utensils to keep tables tidy.
• Collect trash from dining room and bar areas after service.
• Maintain stock of dishes, glassware, and condiments; restock as needed.
