General Summary & Scope

The Guest Coordinator engages with guests and promotes Ulta Beauty services through in-person and phone interactions. They support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager by focusing on performance, people, and process, requiring a passion for the beauty industry and excellent guest service skills.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Performance

• Meet or exceed sales, guest loyalty, and operational goals.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Support booking systems, guest records, and promote current promotions.
• Assist in executing services and in-store events to enhance guest experience.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services.
• Maintain regular attendance.

People

• Support an inclusive environment and foster team success.
• Build guest relationships and collaborate with team members.
• Promote the loyalty program and participate in professional development.

Process

• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Utilize scheduling tools and communicate supply needs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and protect assets.
• Perform operational tasks as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma preferred.

Experience

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education and experience.
