Job summary

The American Cancer Society, Inc. is seeking a Concierge-Driver for Hope Lodge to serve as a front desk ambassador and primary transportation provider. You will transport guests safely, greet them, manage check-in/out, and keep meticulous trip records while supporting lodge operations.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain vehicle readiness, conduct safety checks, and assist guests with mobility and luggage as needed, contributing to a welcoming, reliable guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience transporting guests or shuttle service preferred.
• Hospitality or guest service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate lodge vehicles to transport guests safely to medical appointments and other approved destinations (40%).
• Greet guests, manage check-in/out, and provide information about lodge amenities and local resources (15%).
• Coordinate and maintain transportation schedules to ensure timely pick-up and drop-off (15%).
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance needs (10%).
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies during transportation and at the lodge (10%).
• Maintain accurate transportation and guest records, including mileage logs and trip data (10%).
• Support front desk operations, including phones, emails, and lobby security, as needed (10%).
