Concierge-Driver at Hope Lodge serves as both a guest service ambassador and the primary transportation provider for lodge guests. In addition to performing front desk and concierge duties, this role operates lodge vehicles safely and courteously, maintains transportation schedules, and ensures vehicle readiness.
Role involves frequent local travel in Lodge Vehicles to and from medical facilities and destinations within approved service area.
The role may require extended periods of standing and walking, particularly during front desk duties and while assisting guests. Occasional lifting and moving of luggage, packages, or other items may be necessary when assisting guests with check-in, check-out, or transportation. Driving guests to appointments may involve sitting for extended periods and operating a vehicle, which requires physical coordination and stamina. Some manual tasks, such as carrying luggage or opening doors for guests, may be required during guest interactions. The role may involve physical endurance to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple tasks and assisting guests throughout the day.
