Job summary

The Inn on Biltmore Estate is seeking a Guest Concierge to provide world-class service to guests in a luxury setting in Asheville, NC. The role emphasizes engaging with guests, making reservations, arranging activities, and selling estate experiences to enhance each visit.

Applicants should have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Training will cover estate offerings and our reservations systems to help guests create memorable stays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year guest service or reservations experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to learn reservation systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador for Biltmore and Asheville.
• Make pre-arrival guest calls.
• Know and describe all events, activities, and offerings.
• Give tours and show guest rooms.
• Provide a warm, welcoming front-of-house image and handle guest requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to resolve guest needs.
• Maintain awareness of activities at the hotel and estate.
