Job summary

Desert Hospitality Management, LLC Career Center is seeking a friendly Bellperson to greet guests, assist with luggage, provide transportation, and share local recommendations to enhance the guest experience. In this on-site, entry-level role, you will escort guests to rooms, explain amenities, respond to requests, and maintain a polished appearance in a fast-paced hotel environment.

A high school diploma and hospitality or customer service experience are preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and a friendly, helpful attitude.
Ability to lift and carry luggage and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record if transporting guests.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to rooms and explain features, safety protocols, and amenities.
Promote hotel services and amenities to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
Respond promptly to guest requests, including delivering items.
Provide safe and timely transportation for guests to airports or attractions.
Offer directions and recommendations for local dining and activities.
Tag, store, and secure guest luggage as needed.
Manage guest dry cleaning requests and ensure timely delivery.
Address guest complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to policies.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
