Requirements include English proficiency, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Prior related experience is preferred, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English communication to interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Prior bell attendant or shuttle driver experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage up to 50 pounds.
• Knowledge of Maui and its attractions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage.
• Transport luggage to rooms and ensure proper storage.
• Provide guests with information about the hotel and local area.
• Operate the hotel shuttle to transport guests to/from the airport.
• Keep the shuttle clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with maintaining lobby and public areas cleanliness.
• Follow safety procedures for driving and luggage handling.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
