Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa in Texas is seeking a friendly Bell Attendant to greet guests and help start their stay on the right foot. You will escort guests, transport luggage between rooms, and work closely with Front Office and Valet to ensure comfort and familiarity with our room features.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and be the friendly face of the hotel.
• Escort guests and transport luggage to and from rooms in coordination with Front Office and Valet.
• Explain room features and hotel amenities to guests and offer local recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of guest comfort and ensure safety during luggage handling.
