Job summary

Windsor Hospitality in Walnut Creek is seeking a Bell Person to greet guests, help with luggage, and share local knowledge. You will escort guests to rooms, explain features, and assist with services while upholding the brand’s welcoming standard.

The role requires weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) in a part-time schedule, with opportunities for growth within the company and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Follow oral and written instructions reliably.
• Strong interpersonal skills and guest service mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand long periods.
• Ability to operate hotel vehicles safely when required.
• Knowledge of local area attractions to assist guests.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests arriving at the hotel with a warm, professional welcome.
• Escort guests to rooms and assist with luggage throughout arrival and departure.
• Inspect rooms for order and check supplies are adequate.
• Explain room features and how to use amenities.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Proactively assist guests and answer questions throughout the property.
• Page guests in lobby, dining areas, or other spaces as needed.
• Deliver messages, packages, and run errands for guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by a manager.
