Job summary

Universal Studios Hollywood is seeking a Guest Communications Coordinator to respond to guest emails, social media, and phone inquiries with timely, accurate information and professional tone.

The role involves collaboration with Operations, Retail, Legal, and other teams, maintaining Salesforce records, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. Weekend, holiday, and night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of Guest Services or related experience.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and nights.
• Typing 50–60 WPM with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest emails, social media messages, and phone inquiries on behalf of Universal Studios Hollywood.
• Investigate guest concerns by coordinating with Operations, Retail, Legal, Finance and other departments.
• Maintain accurate guest information and case details in Salesforce and other systems.
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with guest recovery within established guidelines and escalate when needed.
