Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of guest services experience required.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays and nights.
• Must be able to type 50-60 WPM.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum one-year experience in professional writing and/or correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and respond to guest correspondence via email, social media, and phone.
• Accept escalations from Guest Contact Center and route appropriately.
• Investigate guest concerns with operations, leadership, and support teams.
• Maintain guest information in Salesforce and other systems.
• Coordinate with Operations, Retail, Risk, Legal, Finance, VIP, Accessibility, and social platforms.
• Provide guest recovery within guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Stay informed about park operations, policies, promotions, and ticketing.

Skills

Typing 50-60 WPM

Impeccable written/verbal comms
