Dollywood DreamMore Resort & Spa in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a part-time seasonal Ticketing Host to greet guests and provide a high level of service. You will work with a ticketing system, manage cash and card transactions, and ensure accuracy in daily revenue.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer knowledge, and at least one year of ticket-selling experience or ability to pass math and typing tests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
• Minimum of one year ticket selling experience, OR the ability to pass Math test and Typing test (score of 25 wpm or greater).
• Offers of employment contingent on onboarding background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide friendly interaction, delivering service that exceeds expectations.
• Perform defined ticket sales procedures, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Be knowledgeable on tickets and able to close sales using the ticketing system.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and complete required paperwork promptly.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support guest needs and safety.
