Job summary

The Genuine in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking enthusiastic Servers to provide an excellent guest dining experience. You will interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks while following the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service.

Requirements include 3+ years of server experience, ability to track orders and guest experience, and the capacity to stand for extended periods. Maricopa County Food Handler Card and Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of server experience is required.
• Ability to track guest orders efficiently.
• Ability to monitor and enhance the experience at each table.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card is required.
• Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Follow and execute the Genuine Concepts Steps of Service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
• Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements.
• Restock stations before/after service.
• Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
