Job summary

The Vig McDowell Mountain Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking enthusiastic servers to provide an excellent guest dining experience, following Genuine Concepts Steps of Service and delivering food and beverages with attentiveness.

Requirements include 3 years of server experience, ability to track orders and guest experience, standing for long periods, and possessing an Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification and Maricopa County Food Handler Card.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as a server
• Ability to keep track of guest orders
• Ability to manage the experience at each table
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Maricopa County Food Handler Card required
• Arizona Title 4 Liquor Certification required

• Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking requirements
• Restock stations before/after service
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
