• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have a valid Food Handlers Certification.
• Must have Alcohol Service Licensing or certification.
• Able to learn POS software (Aloha, Hot Schedule, Paylocity).

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly.
• Provide menus and recommend items to enhance dining experience.
• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address issues promptly.
• Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness.
• Maintain a clean work area and assist in dining area setup.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely order delivery.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards per health regulations.
• Collaborate with team for a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on menu items and specials.
• Attend trainings and staff meetings.
• Adhere to policies including responsible alcohol service.
• Assist teammates as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
