Phoenix3 Collective's Restaura division seeks a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment in Boston. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure timely service while collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, attentiveness, and adherence to hospitality standards. Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Competenze

• Previous server/guest service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food, wine and beverage service a plus.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Greet guests, present menus, describe items and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Serve meals/beverages professionally and timely.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout dining experience.
• Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness/organization of dining areas.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Process payments and balance at end of shift.
• Assist teammates with table setup and restocking.
