Phoenix3 Collective's Restaura division seeks a friendly server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and promptly serve meals and beverages while maintaining a welcoming, clean dining area.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service, handle payments, balance checks, and support teammates with setup and restocking. A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Previous experience as a server or guest service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards a plus.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests, present menus, describe items and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter into POS.
• Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure satisfaction throughout dining experience.
• Communicate with kitchen and bar staff for accurate order delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and service standards.
• Process payments, handle cash/credit, balance checks at shift end.
• Support teammates with table setup, clearing, and restocking.
• Uphold company values of hospitality, teamwork, and guest care.
