Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and make them feel welcome from arrival.
• Present menus, answer questions, and suggest items.
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver meals and drinks in a timely manner with accuracy.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash and cards.
• Maintain a clean, stocked service area before, during, and after shifts.
• Follow all food safety and restaurant policies.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and side work as needed.
