Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Show up on time and be reliable for shifts.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks with high presentation and cleanliness standards.
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and sales.
• Manage multiple tables with strong time management.
• Handle cash transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with running food, bussing, seating guests, and kitchen communication as needed.
• Provide exceptional guest relations and resolve inquiries professionally.
• Support restaurant operations during busy nights or events.
