Job summary

Chili's in Traverse City, MI is looking for servers who deliver hospitality and great guest service. You will learn the menu to explain offerings, perform opening and closing duties, and work with team members to ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

We offer a flexible schedule with part-time or full-time options, and opportunities for growth within a team-focused culture. Prior experience is a plus and age 18+ required.

• Perform opening and closing duties
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
