You will greet guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure accuracy and timely service. Strong English communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred
• Strong customer service and friendly demeanor
• Clear spoken and written English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and familiarity with POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must meet age requirements for alcohol service

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, present menus, and explain daily specials or featured items
• Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system, communicating dietary needs clearly
• Deliver food and beverages in a timely, organized manner with accurate presentation
• Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, including tables and stations
• Collaborate with hosts, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards and responsible alcohol service where applicable
