Responsibilities

• Acknowledge guests within 90 seconds of seating.
• Present menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take orders promptly and relay to kitchen and bars.
• Serve courses using proper procedures.
• Attend to guests' additional requests and determine when meals are complete.
• Settle guest checks and document end-of-shift reports for accounting.
• Set up dining room with clean, polished equipment.
• Maintain a clean, stocked section throughout service; complete closing duties.
